We are happy to announce that the Center for the Arts in Leesburg, FL is sponsoring three separate after-work Photo Safaris this Spring. Contact Patt to schedule one for your group or organization.
Photo Safari Trail Walk
AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE GROUPS AND ORGANIZATIONS
TO BE DETERMINED – Meet in the parking lot of P.E.A.R. park (dog park entrance on Rt. 27. (Bring water and bug repellant. Closed-toed shoes are suggested). After choosing a color we will walk the River Trail letting that color appear in our lens.
There are 2 entrances to the park. We are using the one on Rt 27 directly across the entrance to LEGACY. Park in the big parking lot on the right and wait for the group.
SAFARI FEE: Please inquire as to Private Group Rates.
This park is dog friendly however please do not bring your pet on the safari as it is disruptive to the purpose of the group.
OPTIONAL AFTER-SAFARI – a visit to the Đại Niệm Xứ Thiền Viện. Satipatthana Meditation Center to shoot photos of the enormous statues. Also, Rodellos across from the P.E.A.R. Park is a great place for lunch.
DATES TO BE DETERMINED – Meet in the parking lot of Bourlay Historic Nature Park at 5:30 pm. (Bring water and bug repellant. Closed-toed shoes are suggested). After choosing a color we will walk the trails letting that color appear in our lens.
Bourlay Park is a preserve and dogs are not allowed.

DATES TO BE DETERMINED – Meet in the parking lot of Flat Island at 5:30 pm. (Bring water and bug repellant. Closed-toed shoes are suggested). After choosing a color we will walk the trails letting that color appear in our lens.
Flat Island is a preserve and dogs are not allowed.

Photo Safari City Walk
TO BE DETERMINED – Meet at the . (Bring water. Walking shoes are suggested). After choosing a shape we will walk the streets of downtown letting that shape appear in our lens.
And don’t worry if you do not have an SLR camera – this is about getting in2 nature and mindful photo-taking. No tech knowledge is needed. A cell phone, tablet, or point-and-shoot camera is just fine. Experience the process and BE in the Here & Now.
